Guusje Roozemond MSc
Director Neurotherapy Center Hilversum.
Starting out as an environmental engineer from Wageningen University, Guusje worked for 10 years as a water quality specialist with Witteveen en Bos consulting Engineers in Deventer. In 1988 her work field changed to the international arena in Thailand and Malaysia, where she started a Center for Personal Growth in Kuala Lumpur and was involved in Research into the indigenous herbal remedies of the rainforest.
Once returned from 10 years of experience in South-East Asia, she came in touch with neurofeedback in 2001 and with a team of academics started the Neurotherapy Center Hilversum, as one of the pioneers in neurotherapy in the Netherlands. The Neurotherapy Center Hilversum (Treatment Center) and the sister foundation Science Center Neurotherapy (Service Center for trained therapists) envisage to make neurotherapy more available to the public, assisting both therapist and client to increase access to the human self-healing potential.
