Neurotherapy as an empowering self healing technique.

Neurofeedback is a biofeedback training method based on brain waves. When this is integrated with biofeedback based on other parameters such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV), skin resistance (GSR), Temperature and Muscle Tension (EMG), then we speak of neurotherapy. Neurotherapy also encompasses an integrated approach with bio-communication and psycho-neuro-immunology (PNI).
Neurotherapy has successfully been applied for all kinds of different conditions and ailments such as: post traumatic stress (PTSD), sleep disorders, migraines and headaches, depression, burn-out, learning disabilities such as dyslexia and ADD/ADHD; also cases of whiplash, addictions, and epilepsy have been treated with great success. The past decade much expertise has been gained in the treatment of brain damage: even many years after an accident or damaging event marked progress has proven to be possible.
The beauty of this therapy is that it is empowering and not invasive: the client trains him/herself thus gaining increased access to his/her self-healing potential. These brain trainings are fun to do and do not need any special skills from the client other than the ability to watch a movie. It is therefore applicable for all age groups. Case histories with pre- and post EEG patterns will be presented supporting the effectiveness of this therapy.
